All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made 100 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 100 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

• If we are able to fill your place, we will do our best to refund any recoverable amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
