We understand that plans can change. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking your SUPERB Retreat.

Deposit


A deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. The deposit confirms your reservation and covers initial organizational and accommodation costs.

Cancellation by Guest

  • More than 100 days before the retreat starts:
    Any payments made will be refunded.

  • 100–60 days before retreat start:
    50% of the total retreat price is non-refundable.

  • Less than 60 days before retreat start:
    The full retreat price is non-refundable.

Guest Replacement


If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, subject to approval and notification at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

Early Departure / No-Show


No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

Cancellation by Organizer


In the unlikely event that SUPERB Retreats must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as flights or personal travel costs.

Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies.
