When booking your place, you are paying a deposit only to secure your spot on the retreat. The deposit amount is the same regardless of which room you choose.
The remaining balance will be paid at the retreat. Full payment details, timeline, and next steps will be sent to you by email after booking.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking your SUPERB Retreat.

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations made 100 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 100 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.

If we are able to fill your place, we will do our best to refund any recoverable amount.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
